We've reached 100 days and it is interesting to see what exactly it is that I have been chronicling. If this results in nothing more than a year in the life for our family, I love that it is through the lens of how we attempted to live out this year together improving our health and our relationships. We could do better, for sure, in the being active together at the same time category, but I am encouraged with what we have done. I'm proud of the fact that we are spending pursposeful time together, whether it is active or not. I love that even when we are not all together, we are all finding ways to be active. I love that I am thinking more now about our food choices and finding ways to make them healthier. I love that the girls know what I mean when I say "together time" and they have words like exercise and healthy in their vocabularies.
On with the details of the day . . .
I signed the Jamie Oliver Food revolution Petition, nutritious food is also a passion of mine. I am sick as a dog, probably a flu of some sort so no exercise for me today. This is exactly why I started my half training a week early! A 3 hour church game night/Zumba class for Hannah with her friend Katelyn. Date night for Daddy and Haley.
Keep it up I think you have a good blog idea
